Meat: Comes from animals like cows (beef), pigs (pork), and chickens (poultry). It helps build muscles.

Fish: Comes from the sea or rivers. It is a good source of protein and helps keep our hearts healthy.

  • Protein: Helps build and repair our bodies.
  • Calcium: Found in milk, helps make our bones and teeth strong.
  • Vitamins: Some animal foods provide important vitamins like Vitamin D and Vitamin B12.
  • Balanced Diet: It’s important to eat animal foods along with fruits, vegetables, and grains.
