Counting patterns – up to 100

A number pattern is a pattern or sequence in a series of numbers. This pattern generally establishes a common relationship between all numbers.

  • 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, … Here, we get the numbers in the pattern by skip counting by 3.
  • Count forward by tens. Add 10 each time you count. 10,    20,    30,    40,    50 ……………………………

  • Count forward by threes. Add 3 each time you count. 66,   69,    72,    75 ……………………….
