What are Even and Odd Numbers?
- Even Numbers: Numbers that can be divided into two equal parts without any remainder.

How to Identify Even Numbers
- Even numbers end with 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8.
- Examples: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14.

- Odd numbers end with 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9.
- Examples: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13.
Quick Check Method
Look at the last digit (ones place):
- If it is 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 → Even number.
- If it is 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 → Odd number.
Examples
- 24 → last digit 4 → Even.
- 37 → last digit 7 → Odd.
