What is a Personal Pronoun? 🤔

A personal pronoun is a word that takes the place of a noun (a person, animal, or thing). It helps us avoid repeating the same name again and again.

Example:

• Raju is happy. → He is happy. 😃
• Meena has a cat. → She has a cat. 🐱

Common Personal Pronouns 📝

For the person speaking (First Person)

• Singular: I, me 🧑
• Plural: we, us 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Examples:

• I am reading a book. 📖
• We are playing football. ⚽

For the person being spoken to (Second Person)

• Singular & Plural: you 👈

Examples:

• You are my best friend. 💖
