• When we add numbers and the ones do NOT make 10 or more.
• Example: 24 + 35 → 4 + 5 = 9 (no carrying!) 👍

🧮📘 Steps to Add Two Two-Digit Numbers

👉 Step 1: Add the Ones place

• Add the digits in the ones column.
• If the answer is less than 10, no regrouping needed! 😀

👉 Step 2: Add the Tens place

• Add the digits in the tens column.
• Write the total tens.

👉 Step 3: Put both together

• Ones answer goes in the ones place.
• Tens answer goes in the tens place.
• Final answer is ready! 🎉
