- There are four main seasons: Spring, Summer, Fall (Autumn), and Winter.
The Four Seasons
1. Spring 🌸
- The weather starts to get warmer.
- Flowers bloom, and trees grow new leaves.
- Animals come out of hibernation.
2. Summer ☀️
- The hottest season of the year.
- People wear light clothes and go to the beach.
- Days are longer, and nights are shorter.
3. Fall (Autumn) 🍁
- The weather gets cooler.
- Leaves change color and fall from trees.
- Animals gather food for winter.
4. Winter ❄️
- The coldest season of the year.
- It may snow in some places.
- People wear warm clothes, and animals hibernate.
Why Do Seasons Change?
- The Earth moves around the Sun in a year.
- Different parts of the Earth get more or less sunlight, causing the seasons.
Fun Activities for Each Season
- Spring: Planting flowers, flying kites.
- Summer: Swimming, eating ice cream.
- Fall: Jumping in leaves, picking apples.
- Winter: Building snowmen, drinking hot chocolate.
