  • Time is measured in different units: seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, and years.
  • Smallest unit: Second (fast actions like blinking).
  • Larger units: Minutes and hours (longer activities like playing or studying).

  • 1 minute = 60 seconds
  • 1 hour = 60 minutes
  • 1 day = 24 hours
  • 1 week = 7 days
  • 1 month = About 30 or 31 days (February has 28 or 29 days)
  • 1 year = 12 months

  • Seconds → Blinking, taking a deep breath.
  • Minutes → Brushing teeth, eating a snack.
  • Hours → Time spent in school, watching a movie.
  • Days → Number of school days in a week.
