Location:
The chest is the front part of your body between your neck and your stomach. It’s where your ribs are.
Bones:

Breathing:
When you breathe, your chest goes up and down. This is because your lungs are inside your chest, and they fill up with air when you breathe in.
Heartbeat:
Your heart is also inside your chest, a bit more to the left side. It pumps blood to all parts of your body to keep you healthy.
Coughing and Sneezing:
Sometimes, you might cough or sneeze. This helps your body get rid of things that shouldn’t be in your chest or lungs.
Hugging:
When you give someone a hug, you might touch their chest. It’s a nice way to show that you care about them.
Protection:
Your chest and ribs act like a shield to protect your important organs. It’s like wearing a natural armor!
Exercise:
Doing exercises like stretching or jumping can make your chest muscles strong and healthy.
