Parts of the Lower Limbs:
- Thigh: The upper part of the leg, between the hip and the knee.

- Knee: The joint that connects the thigh to the lower leg.

- Shin: The front part of the lower leg below the knee.

- Calf: The back part of the lower leg.

- Ankle: The joint that connects the lower leg to the foot.

- Foot: The part of the lower limb that touches the ground.

Functions of the Lower Limbs:
- Walking and Running: The lower limbs help us move around by walking and running.
- Standing: They support our body weight when we stand.
- Jumping: They help us jump and play sports.
Basic Movements:
- Walking: Moving one foot in front of the other.
- Running: Moving quickly with both feet off the ground.
- Jumping: Pushing off the ground with both feet to go into the air.
