A dictionary is like a super helpful book<\/strong> that tells us what words mean! It’s where we go when we’re not sure what a word means or how to spell it. Think of it as a treasure chest full of word secrets!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finding Words is Easy!<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Dictionaries list words in ABC order<\/strong>. That means ‘apple’ comes before ‘banana’, and ‘cat’ comes before ‘dog’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imagine the dictionary is like a classroom lineup. Everyone is standing in order from A to Z!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
